Our sausages are very low in sodium with only 0.008% sea salt added to each batch. We do not add fillers of any kind, so we don’t need to add more salt to make the fillers taste like something!
We use natural casings and all our sausages are in the dinner sized casings. They are very lean and you must take care when you cook them. Please see our cooking instructions page for best results.
